Urgent Hiring-Sales Manager-Telecalling

We are hiring a Sales Manager with at least 1 year of telecalling or inside sales experience to join our team in Raipur. The ideal candidate is energetic, target-driven, and passionate about building strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Handle outbound calls and follow up with potential clients.

• Convert leads into sales and meet monthly targets.

• Maintain client records and provide excellent post-sales support.

• Coordinate with the team to achieve business goals.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, telesales, or inside sales.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / CRM tools).

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
